Mark up Documents:
Exon Tech when possible will use the P& ID as the reference document.  The system automatically generates an ATN (Asset Transfer Number) and the drawing is marked up with flags that are connected to the project database. The flags on the drawing display a lot of data about the item for example its location (still in place, in a container (and its number) in lay down (and the lay down ref, at Sub contractors etc), condition, description.

Item Tracking:
Items are tracked using Asset Buddy – Asset Master Software. Assets can be tracked into and out of containers, boxes, sub contractor, ships and lay down

areas this will manifest itself on the marked up drawing and allow engineers and project personnel to access up to date information about each and its location and condition
